Black and Grey Areas

b&wI think it’s safe to say that lately it’s cold enough for me to start layering up and also to use as a perfect excuse for wearing my favorite thing over my second and third favorite things.

Layering for me has always felt too tedious but in this cold it’s either that or freezing my butt back off.My back gets so painful and stiff in the cold weather that I’d get confused for a robot. I kid you not! So, freeze and shine is a definite no-no for me. However, I am still going easy on the whole layering trend so as to avoid going overboard and risk looking like a social retard! But to be honest in this cold, the line between perfect layering and being a social retard gets thinner by the second because the whole point is to stay as warm as possible even if that means getting a few weird looks! I simply draped my blanket scarf around my shoulders and cinched it with a belt to keep it in place. I love that the scarf has fringed edges that sway with every step adding a more playful and fun side to the whole look!
